Short-Term Azure Deployment Project - UAE onsite presense Required with EID

I need an experienced Azure Engineer to come on board in the UAE for a brief engagement focused on two clear goals: 1) deploying and managing new Azure resources, and 2) hardening the environment to meet security and compliance requirements. Scope of work • Stand up and configure Azure Virtual Machines that will host line-of-business applications. • Integrate those VMs with Azure Active Directory so users can authenticate through our existing tenant and benefit from conditional access policies. • Apply security best practices and document the controls you implement so my internal audit team can trace them later (NSGs, Defender for Cloud recommendations, disk encryption, role-based access, etc.). • Transfer knowledge to my in-house admins—short walkthrough sessions and concise runbooks are enough. The engagement is short, so I value engineers who can hit the ground running, work on-site in Dubai within the same time zone, and deliver production-ready configurations without lengthy ramp-up. If you can also keep an eye on performance tuning as you go, that’s a plus, but the immediate priority is rock-solid deployment and security. Deliverables 1. Deployed VM instances and AAD integration live in my subscription. 2. Security hardening checklist with evidence (screenshots or exported settings). 3.
