About the job

I already have a full conceptual plan set for a residential project in California and now need a California-licensed architect to bring it across the finish line for permitting. The drawings are clean, but they still require a professional review for code compliance, any minor adjustments the city might flag, and, ultimately, your official stamp and signature. The scope is straightforward: • Review the existing plans against the California Building Code, Title 24 energy requirements, and any local amendments. • Identify and correct anything that could slow down permit approval, coordinating with me on revisions if needed. • Apply your California architect stamp and signature to the finalized sheets. • Deliver a stamped, ready-to-submit PDF set (DWG available on request) and let me know if the city will also require originals or wet-signed copies—I can handle printing and overnight shipping. Files are in AutoCAD and PDF, and I’m targeting a two-week turnaround so I can lodge the application next month. If you have availability within that window and are comfortable taking a project from conceptual design to permit submittal, let’s move forward.
