The goal is affordable housing for low income workers across the Tampa–Orlando–Melbourne corridor, in areas with strong rental demand. Scope of work - Source off-market property opportunities in Florida suitable for conversion to 1-bedroom apartments (including pre-existing motels and old sites/office buildings that could be converted). - Source land opportunities in Florida that could support new-build affordable housing targeting low income workers in the Tampa–Orlando–Melbourne area. - Present each opportunity with the property/location details and supporting area data (e.g., demand to rent 1-bedroom apartments in the area). - Focus on opportunities that “make sense” financially and are coming at a good price (as defined by the buyer’s criteria). - Limit all opportunities to the USA (Florida focus).
