Part-Time Startup Recruiter Needed

Job Title: Part-Time Technical & Corporate Recruiter (Freelance / Contract) Position Overview: We are seeking a results-driven Part-Time Recruiter to source and screen high-quality talent for our growing startup. You will be responsible for building a pipeline of candidates across a diverse mix of technical, commercial, and corporate roles essential to our business scaling. Core Responsibilities Talent Sourcing: Proactively identify and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn, GitHub, Behance, job boards, and professional networks. Screening & Vetting: Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate skills, startup cultural fit, and salary expectations.Pipeline Management: Deliver a curated shortlist of vetted profiles to the hiring managers weekly. Target Roles to SourceYou will manage requisitions across three primary buckets:Technical: AI/ML Engineers, Data Scientists, Full-Stack Web Developers, and UI/UX Designers. Commercial: Sales Executives, Marketing Specialists, and Business Development Managers.Corporate & Finance: Chartered Accountants (CAs) and Legal Counsel/Compliance Officers.

Compensation

Hourly rate + performance-based placement bonuses.
