This short-term, fully remote project calls for a seasoned recruiter who can immediately build a qualified pipeline of rentals-industry talent. Using job boards as the primary hunting ground, the work involves identifying potential candidates, reviewing their résumés and online profiles, conducting first-round screens, and comparing each profile against the detailed hiring criteria I will supply at kickoff. The flow I have in mind: • Source and compile an initial longlist directly from job boards (other channels such as LinkedIn or social platforms are welcome if they speed results). • Perform quick résumé reviews and 15-minute screening calls to verify fit. • Log concise notes, red flags, and salary expectations in a shared tracker. • Present a ranked shortlist of candidates who clearly meet the requirements. Acceptance criteria • Minimum number of screened candidates agreed upon on day one. • Each candidate entry must include résumé link, screening summary, and your fit assessment. • Pipeline tracker kept current and accessible throughout the engagement. Strong past experience in recruiting, sharp research ability, and flawless written documentation are essential because the timeline is ASAP.
