Migrate Drive Docs to M365

I need a seasoned migration specialist to move all company documents from Google Workspace (Drive and Docs) into Microsoft 365 while keeping costs down—that is the main driver behind the project. Roughly 120 staff members sit in the 51-200 user band, so the solution must scale without introducing needless licensing overhead. Scope • Inventory current Google Drive storage, shared drives and individual My Drives. • Design an information architecture for SharePoint Online / OneDrive that preserves existing folder structure, document metadata, version history and sharing permissions. • Execute the migration using Microsoft migration tools, PowerShell, or proven third-party utilities; finish with delta sync so no file is left behind. • Coordinate change-management: schedule cut-over in waves, issue clear user communications, and provide brief “how-to” guides for working in M365. • Validate post-migration: spot-check file integrity, sharing links, and storage quotas; deliver a concise report of issues and resolutions. Acceptance criteria 1. All documents are accessible in M365 with original timestamps, versions and permissions intact. 2. Users experience no more than one hour of read-only downtime during their assigned window. 3. Final audit shows 100 % data parity between Google Workspace exports and SharePoint / OneDrive destinations. 4. Handover includes migration scripts, a rollback plan, and a cost-saving summary aligned with our reduction goals.
