职位介绍

I’m looking for a clean, well-documented Python script that takes the repetitive headache out of my document management routine. The workflow is straightforward but time-consuming when handled by hand: incoming files land in one folder, then need to be renamed to a clear convention, sorted into the correct sub-directory structure, and finally copied to an external backup location for safekeeping. Everything revolves around standard document formats such as PDF, DOCX, XLSX, and the occasional TXT/CSV file—no images or video handling required. Here’s what the automation must accomplish: • Organise documents into an intuitive folder hierarchy (by date and/or predefined project codes). • Rename each file according to a naming convention I can tweak easily—think “YYYY-MM-DD _ ProjectCode _ OriginalName”. • Create a mirrored backup of the organised directory to another drive or a cloud mount after each run, skipping duplicates and logging any errors. The solution should run cross-platform (Windows and macOS at minimum), be configurable through a simple JSON/YAML file, and include logging so I can trace what happened in each session. I already have Python 3.10 installed, so feel free to leverage pathlib, shutil, argparse, or any other standard library helpers; third-party packages are fine too as long as you note them in a requirements.txt. A concise README that explains setup, configuration options, and a couple of example command-line calls will round things out nicely. If you have questions about the folder structure or the renaming scheme, let’s clarify them early—I want the first run to be a smooth one.
