Advanced PWA Web based QR-vCard Platform

I’m building a production-grade Progressive Web App that runs smoothly as a PWA/Web app on both iOS and Android. Its primary job is to display and / or scan QR codes. Where it scans QR code, it pulls from a link to our secure web link a vCard from my backend and present that contact card so the user can add it to their phone in one tap. The platform can be updated from the front-end IOS/Android and control what fields in the vCard that handle multiple phone numbers, emails, physical addresses, social channels, company fields and free-text comments—essentially every field the spec allows—and it has to do so dynamically because the data can vary from one QR to the next. Scanning itself isn’t just “point and read.” I need robust error correction plus event logging so we can analyse scan success rates, dwell time, geolocation (when permitted) and any failed attempts. We also seek to build same using Apple Clip and experience in this is highly desirable; if you’ve shipped a Clip before, tell me—otherwise please say so up front. Authentication happens before any secure content is shown. When users opens the PWA an option to launch it as a web app icon and save the PWA to their home screen as an icon is triggered. The PWA must run offline after downloading content The next launch should prompt for Face ID, Touch ID or a passcode swipe panel that you supply. The backend (already in place) returns JSON over a secure socket connection; you’ll consume that API, manage token refresh, and format the incoming payload as either a detailed contact view or a web form, depending on the response flag. QR codes themselves are also generated server-side and must render in the UI as one of 6 templates. Key deliverables • Responsive PWA front end (React preferred or similar) with install banner and offline cache. • QR scanner module with analytics hooks. • vCard builder that supports unlimited instances of each field and passes Apple/Android validation. • Biometric/passcode gate that fires on launch from the home-screen icon. • Socket-based API integration with full token lifecycle. • Optional but preferred: Apple Clip implementation sharing similar functionality as a clip limited app. • Deployment instructions and a brief test plan. Acceptance criteria: the app installs as a PWA on current iOS and Android, scans a provided test code in under two seconds, logs analytics events to the supplied endpoint in log file, and imports the vCard into native contacts without truncation.
