Technical Interview Specialist – Spanish & English (female-only)

We are looking for a reliable and technically skilled person to support our team with software engineering interview and job opportunities in the LATAM market. The ideal candidate speaks both Spanish and English confidently and has a good understanding of Python, AI Engineering, and general software development concepts. ### What You’ll Do - Always online on the slack during working hours from the 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM CST and available to reply message within 10 – 15 minutes. - Should be able to join before at least 10 minutes before the meeting. - For the technical meeting, candidate should be available to join before 30 minutes and discuss about the role and interview flow. - For the emergency situation, candidate should notice before the day. - Should learn about the technical documents provided by employer for the technical interviews. - Should available to attend the urgency meetings that are not in the schedule during working hours. - For the technical meetings, 2 laptops should be prepared to pass the technical interview. - Should provide feedbacks and next steps of the interviews in the Slack. - Must be proactive at the work and follow the instructions from the employer. - Always stay good network and good power status, camera status so don’t miss the opportunities. - Available to work long term without any restrictions. - Available to handle multiple jobs. - Communication is very important both of us and always stay good communication. ### Requirements • Fluent or professional Spanish and English • Python and/or AI Engineering knowledge • Good understanding of software engineering interviews • Strong communication skills • Reliable internet connection and computer setup • Full-time availability during CST working hours • Able to respond quickly during working hours • Proactive, responsible, and interested in long-term collaboration ### Compensation We are open to discussing either a fixed monthly payment plus performance-based compensation or a higher success-based compensation model. This is intended to be a long-term collaboration. We will provide interview schedules, preparation materials, training, and ongoing technical support.
