I need a skilled event photographer in Nashville who can move seamlessly between candid storytelling and composed group portraits throughout a two-day business conference, Sept 21st (2 hours) and 22nd (8 hours). The brief centers on three key areas: • Keynote speeches • Networking sessions • Workshops or breakout sessions You’ll be on the floor capturing spontaneous interactions, speaker energy, and the more formal moments when executives pause for posed shots. A high-contrast, vibrant-color finish is essential—think crisp whites, punchy blacks, and saturated corporate brand tones, so please be comfortable refining RAW files in Lightroom or Photoshop to achieve that look while still keeping skin tones natural. Final deliverables should include a curated gallery of high-resolution JPEGs ready for web and print, plus the original RAW files. I’d like an online proofing gallery within one week of the event and the fully edited set no later than two weeks after that.
