About: We are building a tool that helps Australian residential aged care providers assemble and maintain the evidence required under the strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards, with an initial focus on quarterly QI Program reporting and SIRS incident evidence packaging. I need an experienced Australian aged care quality and compliance practitioner to validate the regulatory logic before I build. Scope (approx. 15–25 hours over 4 weeks): Review and correct my mapping of ACQS requirements to the evidence a quality assessor would actually accept, flagging where my interpretation is wrong or naive Walk me through what your team actually did in the six weeks before your last assessment contact, step by step, including hours and who did what Review 10–15 anonymised or synthetic evidence artefacts and tell me what an assessor would accept, query, or reject Sanity-check the QI Program quarterly workflow and the SIRS Priority 1 / Priority 2 packaging process Tell me plainly where this tool would be useless or would create risk for a provider You must have: direct hands-on Australian residential aged care quality experience — as a quality/compliance manager, clinical governance lead, DON, registered quality assessor, or independent aged care compliance consultant. Post-November-2025 experience under the strengthened Standards is essential. Not a fit: general healthcare compliance writers, US/UK-only experience, or anyone without direct Australian aged care assessment exposure. To apply, answer in your proposal: (1) which provider(s) and what size, (2) how many assessment contacts you've personally been through and in what role, (3) one thing about the strengthened Standards that providers most commonly get wrong.
