Social Media Content & Growth Operator — TikTok & Instagram We are a fintech/trading software company looking for a part-time Social Media Content & Growth Operator to work with us long term. We already have the content strategy and AI content creation system built. You will be given access to: - ChatGPT content workspace - AI content reviewer - HeyGen - Content ideas - Scripts - Hooks - Brand guidelines - Product information - Existing social media accounts Your job is to turn those resources into high-quality social media content, publish consistently, engage with the audience and help grow the accounts. Main Platforms - Instagram - TikTok We may also repurpose content to: - YouTube Shorts - Facebook Reels - Threads Responsibilities Content Creation Create: - Reels - TikTok videos - Short-form videos - Carousels - Stories - Memes - Educational content - Screen-recording content - AI presenter videos - Simple graphics You do NOT need to be a trading expert. We provide the information, ideas and scripts. You need to know how to turn those ideas into content people actually want to watch. Posting You will: - Publish content consistently - Upload videos - Create/select covers - Format captions - Schedule posts - Cross-post appropriate content - Maintain the posting calendar Growth & Engagement You will also: - Reply to comments - Engage with followers - Reply to relevant DMs - Comment intelligently on relevant trading and finance content - Find relevant creators and accounts - Participate in useful conversations - Identify opportunities for our brand to get attention No: - Bots - Purchased followers - Spam comments - Follow/unfollow software - Fake engagement We want genuine organic growth. Research You should regularly find: - High-performing TikToks - High-performing Instagram Reels - Strong hooks - Viral formats - Trading and finance topics gaining attention - Competitor content - Questions people are asking - Interesting content styles we can adapt You will feed good ideas into our existing ChatGPT content engine. Analytics You should be comfortable looking at: - Views - Watch time - Retention - Shares - Saves - Comments - Profile visits - Followers gained - Best hooks - Best topics - Best content formats We want someone who learns from the numbers and creates more of what works. Tools Experience with some of these is preferred: - Instagram - TikTok - CapCut - Canva - ChatGPT - HeyGen - Meta Business Suite - YouTube Shorts Who We Want You should: - Understand TikTok and Instagram - Understand short-form video - Know what makes people stop scrolling - Have good visual judgement - Be able to edit video - Understand hooks and retention - Be comfortable using AI - Follow systems well - Work independently - Communicate clearly - Be reliable - Want a long-term role This is not a corporate social media position. Our content should be: - Educational - Interesting - Entertaining - Opinionated - Useful Time Requirement Approximately 10–15 hours per week initially. This can become a larger role as the company and social channels grow.
