AI Growth Marketer & Video Creator – Proprietary AI Marketing Platform - ONGOING Project Overview: We are looking for an experienced, tech-forward Digital Marketer with deep, hands-on expertise in generative AI, social media growth, and AI video production. You will be working directly within our proprietary AI marketing platform to plan, generate, edit, and distribute high-converting content across key social channels. AI Video Generation & Editing: Produce scroll-stopping video assets (Reels, TikToks, Shorts, ads) using cutting-edge AI video tools (Runway, Kling, Sora/Luma, HeyGen, Pika, etc.) combined with snappy editing, voiceovers, and captions (CapCut, Premiere). Copywriting & Prompt Crafting: Generate sharp, audience-targeted marketing copy, video hooks, scripts, and captions using advanced LLM prompting techniques. Performance Tracking: Monitor metrics (CTR, retention rates, engagement, conversions) to iterate rapidly on creative angles and campaign performance.

Requirements

Exceptional Generative AI Proficiency: Daily, advanced experience across LLMs, AI image models (Midjourney, Flux, Stable Diffusion), and AI video engines. You understand how to maintain character consistency, camera movement, and aesthetic quality. Proven Social Media Marketing Track Record: Experience managing and growing active brand accounts with measurable engagement and lead metrics.
