Cement Sales VBA Tracker

I currently have a business involving selling of cement to hardwares. I pick up the cement in Bulacan using trailer trucks, deliver the cement to respective hardwares in Nueva Vizcaya and Ifugao Provinces. If there are no orders, I stock up my inventory inside my warehouse, or leave the cement in the trailer truck and wait for orders from customers before delivering the cement. Give me an efficient and easy to follow monitoring system of my business, from picking up the cement, to delivering it to customers. Include the accounting part of paying the cement to the suppliers, until charging the customers their amount due as well. I am flexible on layout as long as navigation stays simple and everything happens through pop-ups, not manual row editing. Please send a brief but detailed project proposal describing how you will structure the workbook, the key VBA procedures, and any user-defined functions you expect to add. A short video or screenshot from a similar project would be a bonus, but not required.
