Clean Portfolio Website Build

I’m ready to put a simple, polished portfolio online and I need a developer who can take the idea from zero to launch. The site’s only core requirement for now is an “About Me” section that looks great on desktop and mobile. No store, no blog—just a lightweight place where I can introduce myself, highlight a few accomplishments, and leave a strong first impression. You’re free to recommend the best stack—plain HTML / CSS, a lightweight WordPress install, or another framework—as long as the end result is fast, responsive, and easy for me to update later. If you build in room for future sections like a project gallery or contact form, even better, but they aren’t part of this first milestone.
