Parrot Photo Enhancement

My companion is a parrot - a lessor sulfur crested cockatoo and I need a photo of my parrot enhanced for framing. The photo shows my parrot hanging on the cage door and I want to add a pop or out of bounds effect. The photo is very colorful and sharp.
