GeM Catalogue Creation & Management

I need a GeM-savvy catalogue specialist who can map each of our Maintenance, Repair and Operations products to exactly the right category among the 11,000+ options on the portal. Once the category is locked in, I will rely on you to build approval-ready listings: write clean, keyword-rich titles, fill in specifications and HSN codes, set MRP and selling prices, add delivery timelines, and enter every reseller-authorisation field (number, ID, validity) exactly as GeM expects. You will also prepare a minimum of three compliant images per SKU, showing multiple angles, and keep an eye on any system feedback so rejections are fixed and resubmitted promptly until the listing turns green. The work does not end at approval. New SKUs arrive frequently and enquiries keep piling up, yet I lack the in-house bandwidth to keep the catalogue current. I will therefore count on you to: • add fresh products as they reach us, • tweak prices or specs whenever required, and • scan the platform for bid opportunities that fit our MRO range and flag them before they close. Familiarity with GeM’s reseller workflows, brand authorisation handling, and the usual image-compression and spreadsheet tools is expected.
