Website Responsive Configuration

I need an experienced web developer to help configure parts of my existing website so they display beautifully and consistently across desktop, tablet, and mobile. There may also be some form/submission issues to review, including reliable delivery of applications and blog comments. Strong experience with responsive design and website configuration is required. No full redesign is needed.
