Full-Time Freelance Graphic Designer & Illustrator – Long-Term Creative Partnership

About us

35oz is a creative agency working with brands in the pharmaceutical, healthcare and medical cannabis industries. We develop modern brand identities, packaging, event concepts, promotional materials, and digital and print communication. We already have an in-house designer and are now looking for a versatile freelance graphic designer and illustrator to become a long-term extension of the 35oz creative team.

The role

We are looking for a highly creative, reliable, and proactive designer who can support us across a wide variety of ongoing projects, including: * Brand identities and logo development * Packaging and product design * Custom illustrations and visual concepts * Event branding and promotional materials * Flyers, brochures, presentations, and information materials * Social media and digital campaign assets * Print-ready artwork and production files * Creative concepts developed with AI-supported workflows * Adaptation and further development of existing brand guidelines This is not a one-off project. We are looking for someone who can work with us continuously on a monthly basis and ideally become a permanent part of our extended creative team. Your profile * Strong portfolio in graphic design, branding, and illustration * Very good skills in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop * Experience with packaging design and print production * Ability to work across different visual styles and industries * Strong sense of typography, composition, colour, and branding * Experience using AI tools as part of a professional creative workflow * Ability to develop original ideas instead of relying only on templates * Reliable communication and good written English * Organised, responsive, and able to meet deadlines * Comfortable working independently as well as together with our in-house designer Experience in pharmaceuticals, healthcare, medical cannabis, or other regulated industries is an advantage, but not essential. However, you should be comfortable working on projects related to medical cannabis and understand the need for professional, responsible, and high-quality communication.
