Product information, functionality, commercial arrangements, technical architecture, and data handling details will be shared only with shortlisted candidates after an NDA has been signed. I do not expect the lawyer simply to adapt standard templates. The selected candidate should understand the products and their commercial model, ask the necessary questions, identify the appropriate legal documentation, and draft terms that reflect how the products will actually operate.
