Precise AMBROTTO Isotype Vector Reconstruction

I have an approved isotype that now needs to be rebuilt as a flawless, fully-editable vector. The reference will arrive in digital form and I need every curve, angle and proportion reproduced exactly—no creative tweaks and absolutely no auto-tracing. The final artwork must look identical at any size because it will serve both print and digital applications. Please draw with clean Bézier curves, keep anchor points to the minimum, and structure the file in clearly named layers so individual elements remain easy to manage later. I am working with a flat budget of fifteen dollars for the entire task; no hourly billing or add-ons.
