Headless Shopify Store with Tailwind

I need a fully headless Shopify storefront that matches the speed and polished feel of bloxcart.com, bloxxer.gg, buyblox.gg, luger.gg, bloxplaza.com, bloxsupply.gg, and bloxstore.gg. My preferred UI framework is Tailwind CSS, though I’m open to React or Next.js for the underlying logic if that helps you structure components cleanly. Core features I expect from day one include rapid product search, customer-review modules, and seamless payment-gateway integration. Anything those reference sites do—dynamic pricing updates, cart previews, real-time stock badges, profile dashboards—should also be planned into the build so the user journey feels equally frictionless. Because this is a ground-up build, please walk me through your approach in a detailed project proposal.
