Part-Time LinkedIn Outreach VA (own account) — fully scripted outreach, no selling, leads provided

Hello! I’m looking for one reliable person to work part-time on a fully defined customer acquisition campaign on LinkedIn—all manual work, with almost no automation tools. You won’t have to sell anything or improvise: every message that my potential clients see is written by me. Let me explain in detail exactly what this job entails.

Requirements

your own active LinkedIn account (at least 1 year old, with at least 300 connections, no restrictions), good English reading skills (no writing required—I prepare all the text myself) and honest, consistent logkeeping. I work in AI lead generation and run a small service that finds local companies with non-functional or missing websites and sells these verified leads (with supporting screenshots) to American web design agencies. You’ll reach out to agency owners on LinkedIn on my behalf. Your daily schedule: 1.5–2 hours a day, Monday through Friday, divided into morning and evening shifts: 1. Send 15 connection requests per day / DM messages (20–25 starting in the second week). Each message is pre-written—you just need to insert the person’s name and company name and send it. 2. When someone accepts the request and replies, you respond using my pre-prepared list of frequently asked questions. If a question isn’t covered by the list, take a screenshot and send it to me; I’ll send you the exact answer, and you’ll insert it—I usually respond within a few hours. 3. When a potential client agrees to view the free samples (I offer a PDF with 3 sample files), you’ll receive the ready-to-go file and deliver them. 4. You’ll also handle the payment process for the second sample; it’s only $49. I’ll send you the payment details, messages, and scripts as needed. If the client tries the first free sample, then the second one for $49, and wants to negotiate—you’ll refer them directly to me. 5. Record the results in the shared Google spreadsheet. What you must never do: do not sell, do not negotiate prices, do not write your own responses (for me, the result is what matters, not the process—so if it’s more convenient for you to write the responses yourself in line with the overall strategy, we can discuss it), and do not use any automation software. Manual work only — this also ensures the security of your own account. Payment: base rate of $6–7 per hour + $5 for each positive response + $10 for each set of samples delivered + $10 for each scheduled call; bonuses are paid weekly. The job begins with a paid 3-day trial period (~$30), followed by a 4-week campaign with the option to extend.
