AI SaaS Developer Needed — Build AI Sales Agent MVP for Home-Service Businesses

We are looking for an experienced Full-Stack AI Developer to build an MVP of an AI-powered sales/lead follow-up SaaS for home-service businesses in the US (HVAC, plumbing, roofing, electrical, etc.). The product will act as an AI sales assistant that automatically communicates with incoming leads, qualifies them, follows up, and helps convert them into booked appointments. What we want to build The initial MVP should include: Lead capture via API/webhook AI-powered SMS conversations with leads Automatic lead qualification AI follow-up when a lead doesn't respond Appointment scheduling Calendar integration Customer/lead dashboard Conversation history Basic CRM functionality Notifications Stripe subscription/billing Multi-tenant architecture (each business has its own account/data) Basic analytics (leads, conversations, appointments, conversion rate) Example workflow A customer submits a request on a contractor's website. Our system receives the lead and automatically sends an SMS: "Hi John, this is ABC HVAC. We received your request. How can we help?" The AI continues the conversation, asks relevant questions, determines whether the lead is qualified, and attempts to schedule an appointment. The business owner can see the entire conversation and lead status from the dashboard. Suggested technology We are open to recommendations, but the expected stack is approximately: Next.js / React Node.js / TypeScript PostgreSQL OpenAI or another modern LLM API Twilio for SMS/voice Stripe Google Calendar / Microsoft Calendar REST APIs / webhooks Cloud deployment (AWS, Vercel, or similar) We are especially interested in developers who have experience building AI agents that can take actions, not just simple ChatGPT wrappers.
