The platform will provide users with the ability to purchase assessments online, complete questionnaires, receive automated personalised reports, access tailored development exercises and monitor their development over time. The initial phase of the project will establish the core digital ecosystem capable of supporting future expansion into organisational, educational and international markets. The objective is to establish a long-term partnership with an agency capable of delivering a secure, scalable and commercially robust digital platform that will support the launch and ongoing growth of the Adaptability Plus assessment ecosystem.
