Quarterly QuickBooks Online Bookkeeping

I maintain my business books in QuickBooks Online and need a detail-oriented bookkeeper to step in on a recurring basis. Each month I will upload PDF bank and credit-card statements along with scanned receipts; your job is to enter every transaction from those documents, code them correctly in the existing chart of accounts, attach the source image, and note anything that needs my clarification. Once the entries are in, reconcile the accounts to the ending balances shown on the statements so we start each new month clean. At the close of every quarter, pull the standard Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reports and package them for my review. Accuracy is essential because these quarterly numbers roll directly into our tax prep. Key deliverables • Complete monthly transaction entry in QuickBooks Online from uploaded statements and receipts • Bank and credit-card reconciliations finished by the 10th of the following month • Quarterly P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reports, exported to PDF and Excel • List of outstanding questions or uncategorized items, if any, with each reporting cycle If you already work comfortably inside QuickBooks Online and have a solid track record of clean, audit-ready reconciliations, let’s talk.
