LGS Frame Design & Detailing

I have a pipeline of light-gauge-steel residential builds that need complete framing packages produced in Tekla and formatted for Howick roll-formers. I am looking for someone who can take architectural drawings all the way through to fully detailed LGS models and fabrication outputs, so both the engineering layout and the shop-ready details land on my desk in one hand-off. You will receive PDF plans, structural notes and any site constraints. From there, I expect you to create the Tekla model, generate the BOM, produce shop drawings and roll-former files that slot straight into Howick. Projects range from single-storey granny flats to double-storey houses, so an eye for efficient panelisation and on-site install sequencing is essential. Please show past LGS projects you have completed in Tekla—screenshots, short videos or drawing samples Deliverables for each house: • Tekla Structures model with organised phases • Fabrication drawings and PDF set ready for council submission • CSV or similar output compatible with Howick • Bill of materials with coil optimisation summary I review every submission personally and will reach out to schedule a quick video call with shortlisted freelancers.
