Minimalist Hostaway Website Design

I’m overhauling my short-term rental website that runs on Hostaway and need someone who already knows the platform inside out. The aim is a clean, minimalist look that loads fast, highlights each property, and keeps the booking path friction-free. You’ll take the site from its current starter template to a polished, responsive design directly inside Hostaway’s website builder (or in Figma first if that’s your normal flow). Think generous white space, restrained colour palette, crisp typography, and imagery that sells the stay without visual clutter. All copy, photos, and brand guidelines are ready on my side; what I’m missing is the design eye and the Hostaway-specific tweaks (custom CSS, section layouts, header/footer refinements, booking widget styling). Please include: • Links to at least two live Hostaway websites you personally designed or redesigned • A short note on what you handled on each (layout, CSS overrides, mobile optimisation, etc.) • Your estimated turnaround time for first draft and final hand-off Deliverables I expect 1. High-fidelity page mock-ups or direct edits published to a Hostaway staging link 2. Final implementation (or design files) signed off for desktop, tablet, and mobile 3.
