Commission-Based Selling for Luxury Wellness Retreat

Compensation

is 10% per confirmed and fully paid client booking. There is no fixed project fee, salary or hourly payment. We are Wellness Yoga Prana, a Switzerland-based wellness business offering small, exclusive wellness retreats and experiences internationally. We are currently looking for an experienced freelance Sales Partner to help us sell our upcoming Desert Soul Marrakech Retreat, an exclusive 8-day / 7-night wellness retreat in a private villa near Marrakech, Morocco. The retreat combines therapeutic and individually adapted yoga, breathwork, meditation, sound healing, vegetarian cuisine prepared by a private chef, and special experiences in Marrakech and the Agafay Desert. There is no fixed salary and no hourly payment. We offer 10% commission for each client you personally bring to us who completes a confirmed and paid booking. No paid advertising is required. Our immediate priority is the Marrakech retreat, taking place 10–17 October 2026. Bookings can only be accepted until 24 September 2026, so we are looking for someone who can begin immediately. Long-term opportunity: Marrakech is not intended to be a one-time project. We are developing further wellness retreats and experiences in different international destinations. If the collaboration is successful, we would be very interested in establishing a regular, long-term relationship with the right Sales Partner.
