Automate & Improve Business Operations with AI

AI & Business Process Automation Specialist – Review Odoo, Monday.com, SharePoint & Office 365 Workflows We're a growing business currently operating across a mix of Odoo (CRM/ERP), Monday.com, SharePoint, and Office 365. We're looking for an experienced Business Process Analyst / AI Automation Consultant to review our current operational workflows and identify where automation and AI can genuinely improve efficiency. Scope of work: 1. Review how our current processes operate across Odoo, Monday.com, SharePoint, and Office 365 2. Map existing workflows and data flow between these systems 3. Identify repetitive, manual, or inefficient tasks 4. Identify concrete opportunities where automation or AI could add measurable value 5. Recommend a practical automation/integration approach (e.g. native tool automations, Power Automate, Zapier/Make, n8n, or custom integration) 6. Provide a scoped implementation plan with estimated effort and expected ROI Requirements: - Proven experience auditing/mapping business processes, not just building automations - Hands-on experience integrating or automating with Odoo, Monday.com, and Microsoft 365/SharePoint specifically - Familiarity with automation platforms (Power Automate, Zapier, Make, n8n) and/or API-level integration - Ability to communicate findings clearly to a non-technical business audience Deliverables: - A process review document/diagram of current-state workflows - A prioritised list of automation opportunities with estimated ROI/impact - A recommended implementation roadmap (phase 1 quick wins vs. longer-term builds) Please include examples of similar process-review or automation projects you've delivered, ideally involving Odoo and/or Monday.com.
