NACA Duct Modification

I'm looking for someone to modify a NACA duct. The changes needed are: - Add flanges for attachment to the outlet - Resize the outlet to specific dimensions I need to print on a Bambu 3d printer. I need to own the design and be able to tweak it so what cad program do you use that i can then subsequently modify ? Ideal Skills and Experience: - Experience with duct design and modification - Ability to accurately resize and add features like flanges - Proficiency in relevant CAD software Please provide examples of similar work done.
