I’m ready to scale my residential society-management business and I need a Google Ads specialist who can set up campaigns in my own Google Ads account with one objective only: generate qualified leads and measurable sales enquiries. What I need right now • A complete campaign build: keyword research, ad groups, extensions, responsive search ads and discovery placements so we appear not only on search but in Google News feeds where our audience spends time. • Hyper-local targeting: bids and messaging tailored to the specific cities and neighbourhoods where gated communities are concentrated. • Conversion infrastructure: Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking and custom audience , updating the Google tag in my website will be done by me. • Ongoing placement optimisation: as data rolls in, I expect you to adjust devices, demographics, time-of-day and site exclusions weekly for ever-improving ROI based on its placement or origin of lead(my website already tracks every click with origin) Acceptance criteria 1. Campaign goes live inside my account, fully compliant with Google policies. 2. Tracking shows at least one verified lead within the first 2 days so we know attribution is working. 3. A short Loom or similar walkthrough of the build so I can understand and iterate with you. If you’ve previously delivered lead-generation campaigns for residential or property services and can back it up with data, let’s talk. Note : The bid cost wil not have the campaign cost. Campaign cost cannot have costly keywords, our campaign should be lean in its spend. CPR cannot be more than 30 INR.
