Your agents will ring venues, preferred vendors and invited guests on my behalf, lock in calendar slots, and enter every commitment directly into my CRM so my planning timeline never slips. Scope of work • Outbound calls to venues for available dates and walk-through appointments • Follow-up calls and emails with florists, caterers, photographers and other vendors to secure meeting times • Courtesy calls to guests for RSVP confirmation and seating-chart updates • Real-time data entry into my cloud CRM plus a brief end-of-day summary of bookings, pending callbacks and issues that need my attention I already have a VoIP dialer and contact lists; you simply connect, follow the script guidelines I supply, and keep detailed notes. Agents must sound fluent and friendly, be comfortable scheduling across multiple time zones, and respect GDPR-level data privacy. Deliverables accepted when: 1. All confirmed appointments appear correctly in the CRM calendar. 2. Daily summary report is emailed by 6 p.m. my local time. 3. Call recordings are uploaded weekly for quality checks.
