Zoho CRM Manufacturing Integration

I need Zoho CRM to speak fluently with our in-house manufacturing and sales order system so that every quote, order and stock movement is tracked in one place. The core goal is to have clear flow of BOM, PO, Sales order and delivery Key functions the integration must cover: • Inventory management – sync item master data and live stock levels both ways. • Order tracking – push confirmed CRM deals straight into our manufacturing/sales order workflow and return status updates (in production, packed, shipped, etc.). • Sales reporting – surface fulfilled quantities and revenue back inside Zoho dashboards for accurate pipeline vs. actuals. Please outline: • Your proposed architecture and tools. • A timeline with milestones for development, testing and deployment. • Any similar Zoho CRM integrations you have completed. Once delivered I will validate by creating test orders, adjusting inventory and verifying the figures match on both sides without manual intervention.
