Nashville Conference Videography Coverage - 1 day

We are having a one-day conference on September 22nd in Nashville and need a skilled videographer who can stay with us from first registration (8am) through wrap-up (3:30pm). Throughout the day you’ll capture keynote speeches, panel discussions, and the buzzing networking segments that happen between sessions. The end goal is polished marketing material, so I’ll rely on you to record clean audio, steady multi-angle shots where possible, and engaging cut-ins of attendee interaction that show the energy of the event. You'll need camera(s), lighting, and mics if needed to ensure audio is clear. Deliverables I’m expecting: • Raw, high-resolution footage of every keynote and panel • B-roll of networking and crowd shots • A short highlight reel (2–3 min) suitable for our website and social channels Please plan for a full-day shoot, including setup and teardown.
