The objective is not full-cycle selling or closing. The freelancer's task is to: * Reach the appropriate senior decision-maker, typically CEO, COO, CTIO, CTO, CDIO, Managing Director, or equivalent. * Briefly present the strategic infrastructure opportunity according to the provided playbook. * Establish whether there is genuine senior-level interest. * Where appropriate, secure explicit permission for AVELTAN to make a direct introduction to the relevant counterparty. * Record the outcome, decision-maker reached, key feedback, and agreed next step. Outreach may involve phone, email, and LinkedIn where useful for executive routing and follow-up. Calls should be made during the relevant local African business hours. The freelancer should follow the supplied playbook closely rather than independently changing the proposition or conducting broad lead generation.
