Construction Project Planning & Coordination

I’m kicking off a new construction project that is still in the planning stage and I want an experienced project manager to guide it from the first blueprint all the way to hand-over. Your primary focus will be on three core areas: site planning, day-to-day team coordination, and equipment + materials management. At this early phase I need a detailed project schedule that sets realistic milestones, allocates resources clearly, and flags critical dependencies. Once work breaks ground, you’ll keep every trade on task, adjust workloads as priorities shift, and make sure the right materials and machinery arrive on site exactly when they’re needed—no costly pauses or overruns. Deliverables I expect: • A comprehensive Gantt or similar timeline covering the full build • A live resource and materials tracker I can review at any time • Weekly status summaries showing progress against goals, risks, and next steps If you’re comfortable steering construction teams, negotiating with suppliers, and maintaining tight control over scope, schedule, and budget, I’d like to hear how you would approach this project and what tools you’ll bring to keep us on track.
