PDF Table Extraction to Excel

I have a collection of PDF files that contain tabular data I need organised cleanly in an Excel workbook. The task is straightforward: locate every table inside each PDF, transfer the information into Excel, and preserve the original row-and-column structure so formulas or pivot tables can be applied immediately after import. Accuracy is more important than speed; numbers, dates, and text labels must match the source exactly, and headers should be kept intact. If any table spans multiple PDF pages, please merge it seamlessly in the spreadsheet. I will provide the PDFs and indicate the preferred sheet order once the project starts, and I’m happy to review a sample file first to confirm the layout before you proceed with the rest. Final deliverable: a single .xlsx file containing one worksheet per PDF (unless you suggest a better layout).
