Quick-Detach Cam Lever Design

I need a compact cam-lever mechanism that lets my current Picatinny-mounted device snap on and off in seconds without losing zero. Only the mechanism itself has to be created; I will handle the rest of the assembly once I have a solid model. Material preference For the first prototype I would like to test the parts in plastic, but the geometry must also be suitable for a later run in aluminium with minimal re-work. Deliverable • A production-ready STEP file of the complete cam-lever mechanism, dimensioned for the standard Picatinny (MIL-STD-1913) rail profile. Timing and expectations This is an urgent task.
