Healthcare Hospitals & Pharmacies Data Compilation

I’m building a pin-code indexed database of healthcare providers and need dependable help gathering up-to-date records for two segments only: hospitals and pharmacies. Scope • Collect verified listings of every hospital and pharmacy within the target geography (I’ll share the exact list of PIN codes after awarding). • For each entry capture, at minimum, business name and full postal address; add phone, email, website and other publicly available details when you can confirm their accuracy. • Organise the data in a clean, deduplicated Excel or CSV file that I can sort by PIN code, city and state. Acceptance criteria • 100 % of rows must include name + full postal address + correct PIN code. • Duplicates removed; inconsistent spellings normalised. • Source for each record noted (URL or document name). • File passes a spot-check of 50 random records with no more than 2 minor errors. Please include your timeline and a brief description of your data-gathering approach so I know how you plan to maintain accuracy.
