USA Entrepreneur Contact Database Build

I’m preparing a series of email campaigns to introduce the EntrepreneurTraits assessment to the people who advise, mentor, and fund founders across the United States. To do that effectively I need a clean, well-segmented contact database. Scope • Core segments: business coaches & consultants and entrepreneurship-focused podcasters or other content creators. • Additional segments inside the broader “organizations” bucket: accelerators & incubators (from Y Combinator-style programs to local initiatives), coworking spaces, business schools, and SBA branches. For every record I need the organization’s name, full mailing address, website, plus a decision-maker’s first and last name and title—ideally the COO, CMO, CEO, or whoever owns relationships with entrepreneurs. A direct email is mandatory; phone number and LinkedIn URL are welcome bonuses. Deliverables - An Excel or CSV file, ready to import into any ESP, containing: Segment • Sub-category • Organization • Street • City • State • ZIP • Website • First Name • Last Name • Title • Email • (optional) Phone • (optional) LinkedIn - Data must be deduplicated and US-only. - I’ll review a small sample first; the full list should maintain the same accuracy level.
