Live E-commerce Sales Tracker & Inventory Mapper

Title: Live Sales Tracker / Inventory Mapper for Livestream E-Commerce Shows (Long-Term, 8-10 hrs/day) Budget: $4.00 – $8.00 USD per hour Description: We're a fast-growing beauty wholesale and live commerce company based in Miami, running livestream sales shows daily on WhatNot and TikTok Shop. We're hiring 3 remote Live Mappers to join our team long-term.

What you'll do

As our hosts sell products live on stream, you'll watch the show and log every sale in real time inside our inventory system (Winventory). Your job is to map each item sold to the correct SKU as it happens — so when the show ends, we have an exact, accurate record of every SKU sold and what it sold for. Watch our live shows and track sales as they happen Match each sold item to the correct SKU in Winventory (full training provided — no prior experience with the system needed) Ensure 100% of show sales are mapped and accounted for by end of show Flag anything unclear or mismatched so nothing slips through Requirements: Available 8-10 hours per day, consistently (we stream ~20 hours/day, so we'll assign you a set shift) Strong, stable internet connection — you'll be watching live video the entire shift Fast and accurate — this is a detail job; one missed item throws off inventory counts Comfortable with repetitive, focused computer work for long stretches Basic English (enough to identify beauty/cosmetic product names and brands) Responsive on chat during your shift (we use Slack/Lark) Nice to have: Familiarity with beauty/cosmetics products Experience with inventory systems, data entry, or e-commerce order management Experience watching/working with WhatNot or TikTok Live Details: Fully remote, long-term position — we're looking for people who want steady daily hours, not a one-off project Paid hourly via Freelancer We provide full training on Winventory and our workflow before you start Start date: immediately To apply, answer these 3 questions in your proposal (applications without answers will be skipped): What hours (in EST) can you commit to daily, 6-7 days a week?
