Toddler Friendship Picture Book

I’m putting together a warm, engaging picture book for children aged 3-5 that celebrates the joy of friendship. I already know the heart of the story—I want little readers to finish the last page feeling excited about making friends and helping one another—so what I need now is a writer who can spin that message into a simple, memorable narrative of roughly 400-600 words. The tone should be playful and rhythmic enough to read aloud, with clear page breaks that invite bright, cartoonish artwork. Along with the manuscript, please include short illustration notes so an artist knows exactly what is happening in each scene (think colour palettes, facial expressions, and any fun background details that reinforce the story). If you can also provide the actual cartoon-style illustrations—or work closely with an illustrator—let me know; I’m open to keeping everything under one creative roof.
