3D CAD Conversion for Bouldering Shoe Design

I have a 3-page PDF design for an indoor bouldering shoe and need an experienced footwear CAD designer to convert it into accurate, editable 3D CAD for manufacturer prototype review. Must match the PDF closely and include upper, outsole, rand, toe/heel rubber, tongue, collar, lacing, branding/relief, key dimensions, source CAD, STEP export, and multi-view renders. Footwear CAD experience required.
