Animator Needed for Kids YouTube Series

I am looking for a 2D/2.5D animator/video editor for a children's YouTube series. The first project is one 5–7 minute episode. I will provide the completed script, written dialogues, character designs/reference sheets and reusable visual assets/backgrounds. I am looking for an efficient 2.5D style. The work should include character poses and movements, expressions, dialogue/voice integration, basic lip-sync where needed, scene composition, transitions, sound effects and final editing. AI-assisted animation workflows are welcome if they help reduce production time while maintaining consistent characters and good visual quality. This is intended to become recurring work using the same characters and reusable assets, so I am looking for someone who can build an efficient, repeatable workflow. Please quote a fixed price per finished 5–7 minute episode and share relevant cartoon/character animation samples.
