PCB Diagnostic & Repair

PCB Troubleshooting. I have a pcb that someone designed for me, i have had it built but it is not connecting to the machine. I require someone to take a look for me, answer my questions and determine where the fault is. The debugging steps i have taken are Windows Machine Macbook USBC Data cable confirmed working with an android phone Bridged the power button with a single cable. Checked 12v PSU
