Graphic Tee Image Restoration

I didn't make this description but it is accurate: I need a skilled artist to replicate and restore a faded graphic tee image from the 80s. The image has mild cracking and peeling. The intent is to reprint this image onto shirts again, the image will need to be large enough to fill the back of a t-shirt. Additional photos available on request.
