Our main goal is to achieve **strong organic search and content visibility, increase organic views and reach, and grow genuine subscribers and followers**. ## IMPORTANT REQUIREMENT **Only apply if you have proven experience achieving first-page or top search visibility for YouTube videos and can demonstrate your previous results.** We are specifically looking for someone who understands how to rank content organically and consistently across YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram. **If you do not have proven experience getting YouTube videos to the first page of search results, please DO NOT BID.** We are **not looking for paid views, paid subscribers, bots, fake followers, fake engagement, or black-hat SEO.** We want genuine and sustainable organic growth. ## RESPONSIBILITIES * Manage **YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram SEO** on a monthly basis. * Manage SEO and optimization for **all videos/content published during each month**. * Optimize YouTube video titles, descriptions, keywords, tags, hashtags, and other relevant SEO elements. * Conduct keyword research and identify high-potential search topics. * Optimize YouTube videos for search, suggested videos, and related content. * Optimize Instagram captions, keywords, hashtags, content discoverability, and other relevant SEO elements. * Optimize Facebook video/page content for organic search and discoverability. * Research competitors and identify ranking and content opportunities. * Optimize existing content where necessary to improve organic performance. * Monitor rankings, organic views, reach, engagement, and subscriber/follower growth. * Analyze CTR, watch time, audience retention, engagement, and other relevant performance metrics. * Identify topics with strong organic search potential. * Continuously improve the SEO and content strategy based on performance data. * Provide regular performance updates and a monthly SEO report. ## MAIN GOALS The objective is to achieve: * **First-page YouTube search visibility** * Higher YouTube search rankings * More organic YouTube views * More organic YouTube subscribers * Increased Facebook organic reach * More Facebook followers * Increased Instagram organic reach * More Instagram followers * Better content discoverability * Improved engagement * Improved CTR and watch time * Sustainable month-over-month organic growth ## MONTHLY MANAGEMENT This is a **long-term monthly management position**, not a one-time SEO project. The selected freelancer will be responsible for the ongoing SEO and organic growth of **all videos and relevant content published during each month**. The freelancer is expected to continuously: * Research keywords and topics * Optimize new content * Optimize existing content * Monitor rankings * Analyze performance * Identify new growth opportunities * Improve the SEO strategy * Track subscriber and follower growth ## REQUIRED EXPERIENCE * Proven YouTube SEO experience. * Proven ability to rank YouTube videos on the **first page of search results**. * Proven experience with organic subscriber growth. * Experience with Facebook SEO and organic content growth. * Experience with Instagram SEO and organic reach. * Strong keyword research skills. * Understanding of YouTube ranking factors, search intent, CTR, watch time, audience retention, and recommendations. * Understanding of Instagram search, keywords, hashtags, captions, and content discoverability. * Understanding of Facebook search and content discoverability. * Experience with tools such as VidIQ, TubeBuddy, Google Trends, Semrush, Ahrefs, or similar tools. * Finance, business, or informational content experience is preferred. ### STRICT REQUIREMENT **If you do not have proven experience ranking YouTube videos on the first page of search results, DO NOT BID.** We are looking for a **results-focused SEO professional for long-term monthly management**, not someone who only provides basic title, tag, description, or hashtag optimization. **Paid views, paid subscribers, bots, fake followers, fake engagement, spam, and black-hat SEO are not acceptable.**
