Our Medical Strategy team are medical and scientific experts who are able to develop cutting-edge strategies and ensure excellence in all deliverables across the Medical team.
What
you’ll
do:
Advise clients and teams across one or more Global MedComms accounts, through deep insight and clinical connections related to your therapy area and scientific expertise Define strategy on new and complex business proposals in collaboration with senior team members Proactively act as trusted advisor for clients using pharma sector experience Provide constructive challenge to key senior clients to support strategic decision-making, acting as a soundboard, confidante, and medical business partner Provide strategic institutional advice to maximise the impact of the medical programmes that we deliver Identify opportunities for AI interventions and direct internal programmes related to AI implementation across the global team Drive business development activities via identification of new clients and working with existing clients Execute leadership in all aspects of the strategy process, from research and analysis to insight and creative brief development Collaborate with other team members to analyse findings, develop insights and implications and create client presentations that deliver a linear, evidence-based stories Confidently take a lead facilitator role in client meetings/ workshops
What you should have:
Previous extensive experience in a medical affairs strategy role within a Med Comms agency, pharmaceutical company or strategic consultancy.
Strong experience and understanding of health, medicine and the pharma industry, particular medical affairs. Proven experience building strong client relationships and growing business opportunities
Cardiorenal or diabetes experience would be preferred. You would be expected to work on a hybrid basis with 2 days per week from one of our offices across the UK (London, Manchester, Edinburgh) or Switzerland (Zurich). Real Chemistry is proud to be Great Place to Work®
