Field Sales Executive for Salonjaa

**Job Title:** Area Sales Head / Field Sales Executive **Company:** Salonjaa **Location:** Kolkata (Initial focus on Newtown) **Core Objective** Act as the primary face of Salonjaa in the market, conducting daily field visits to beauty parlors, spas, and salons to demonstrate how joining the platform will automate their bookings and significantly increase their daily customer footfall. **Key Responsibilities** * Conduct targeted daily visits to premium salons, spas, and freelance beauticians across Kolkata. * Clearly pitch the Salonjaa value proposition: explaining how the app drives new customers to their business while reducing empty chairs and no-shows. * Educate salon owners on core app features, specifically demonstrating the secure OTP check-in process and how the dynamic time-slot booking engine works. * Negotiate partnership terms, overcome rejections, and successfully close the onboarding process. * Build trust and maintain strong ongoing relationships so partners actively use the dashboard and manage their seat availability. **Required Qualifications & Experience** * **Education:** A minimum qualification of 10+2 (Higher Secondary) is strictly mandatory. Candidates holding a Bachelor's degree are highly preferred. * **Experience:** 3 to 4 years of active, proven field sales experience, ideally involving B2B onboarding, retail partnerships, or wellness industry sales. * **Mobility:** Must own a personal two-wheeler (scooter or bike) with a valid driving license to efficiently manage daily field travel. * **Industry Awareness:** Practical knowledge of salon operations, standard beauty services, and the general pain points of parlor owners to speak their language effectively. **Required Presentation & Soft Skills** * **Persuasion:** Strong tactical negotiation skills with the ability to confidently convince traditional business owners to adopt a new digital booking system. * **Appearance:** Must maintain an impeccable, professional dress code and posture at all times. The candidate represents a premium brand and must look the part. * **Communication:** Polished verbal skills to articulate how Salonjaa brings direct financial value to the salon partner without cheapening their brand. * **Tech-Readiness:** Comfortable operating mobile applications and teaching non-technical users how to navigate a digital dashboard.
